HOW TO ORDER

Before placing any order, please ensure you have READ & UNDERSTOOD Terms & Condition applied. Only proceed if u agreed with our T&C.

STEP 1:
Fill up ORDER FORM .Please provide us your correct email and complete address.

STEP 2:
After submit your order, please wait for our confirmation. We will send confirmation email within 24 hours. If you still didn't get after 24 hours, please check your Spam Box, especially for Yahoo Mail users.

STEP 3:
After u received the confirmation, kindly transfer or bank in the amount (provided in confirmation) to our accounts within 2 working days.

STEP 4:
To avoid fraud, please attach proof of payment by REPLYING our email. We will hold your parcel till we received the receipt.
For M2U, Cimbclicks and RHB user:
Please choose payment EMAIL notification alert and insert lydiamarzuki@yahoo.com.my. And your bank will send us email notification.

STEP 5:

Items will be mailed out after 1 working days once payment has been received. All items tracking number will be published in TRACK & TRACE column in our blog. Your item will be delivered to you within 2 working days.

Siapa yang boleh bayar awal sangatlah dihargai. Tapi kalau ada masalah, inform awal2. Kami akan consider juga. Kalau nak booking sampai hujung bulan (sampai dapat gaji) sila inform awal2, jika melebihi 2 hari mesti ada booking deposit.

Refund.

Bag yg ROSAK saja boleh dipulangkan dalam masa 3hari. Dgn syarat segala kos penghantaran ditanggung oleh customer sendiri. Setelah barang diterima baru pihak kami akan kembalikan duit anda. Harap Maklum.
