About Payment Options / Information:
A) ATM transfer / Cash Deposit Machine / Online Transfer:-
1) After your order is successfully submitted, you will receive an email of Order Confirmation No: [xxxx] with all your order details and our bank account information as mentioned below. Do make payment as soon as possible to avoid stock shortage.
2) Once payment is done, please notify us immediately with your [Order Number, Payment Date & Time, Amount, Maybank / PBB and Reference/Transaction Number] via email (lydiamarzuki@yahoo.com.my). Please note that we will not process your order until we receive your valid payment notification via email.
Note: Pending order will be cancelled automatically if payment is not received after 1 - 2 days.

3) Please notify us the following via SMS/email immediately upon payment is successful done.

4) Please wait for our reply to verify & confirm your order and payment.
We'll reply you within 1 - 2 hours during working/office hours (9:30 am to 5:00 pm) or within 24 hours.
Note:-
- We usually don't reply (promptly) to ordering by sms or email during weekend and public holidays.
- For ordering via sms or email, we reserve the right to refund you the full payment if the item/stock is no longer available after remittance of payment due to the stock has been reserved for pending or paid (via iPay88) order made by other online customers. "Priority" is always given to online ordering by creating an order at our website.

5) On working day (Mon - Friday), if payment is notified, received & cleared (IBG/GIRO) before 1:00 pm, we'll dispatch or post out order on the same day and tracking number will be given in the evening (usually, before 9:30 pm). Please expect the delivery within NEXT 1 - 2 working days.
